Receive customer calls and provide campaign/product-related information.2. Always up to date with the product information to avoid any miscommunication.3. Drop emails to the management with the daily activities.4. Update the CRM about the customer queries.Desired Candidate Profile1. Any graduate with good Hindi and English communication.2. Should be familiar with the computer and internet.3. Work from home facility is available.4.
