Job Description

    As the Vice President Global Delivery Simplification at State Street, you will play a key role in leading strategic initiatives to drive business outcomes, transformation, and innovation. Your responsibilities will include independently leading simplification projects, identifying opportunities for efficiency improvements, driving adherence to performance metrics, supporting innovation projects, and collaborating with various teams globally to ensure consistent service delivery and client satisfaction.You will be expected to critically evaluate the current operating model, design and execute future state operating models, and implement process re-engineering strategies focusing on client experience, automation, efficiency, and process improvements. Your role will involve partnering with leadership to drive global process re-engineering changes, providing timely updates to executive management, and ensuring seamless execution of initiatives.To succeed in this role, you should possess advanced skills in process improvement, problem-solving, project and change management, as well as strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills. Additionally, demonstrating leadership qualities, working successfully in a matrixed environment, and having an ownership mindset are essential. You should also have a good understanding of Lean methodologies, project management, and proficiency in tools like Microsoft Office suite, data analytics, visualization, AI, machine learning, cloud computing, and process reengineering tools.With a bachelors or postgraduate degree in Commerce, Computer Science, or equivalent, along with 15 years of experience in financial services, preferably in managing large-scale transformation initiatives, you should also possess strong stakeholder management skills, the ability to develop business relationships, and excellent problem resolution and analytical skills.At State Street, you will be part of a leading custodian bank and asset manager committed to innovation and client service excellence.
