As a customer support representative you will be
• Answering customer questions via phone, email, chat, or social media
• Resolving customer complaints, concerns, and issues in a timely and professional manner
• Following company guidelines and procedures for communication
• Maintain a high level of company product knowledge to effectively answer customer queries
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Skills Required
• Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative
• Track record of over-achieving quota
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
• Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Eligibility Criteria
• Undergraduate and Graduate can apply
• Freshers and experiencedboth are eligible
• Hindi English is Mandatory
• Salary - Freshers : 15k to 20k Experienced : Max 3 lpa
