Job Description

A Senior Accountant is a highly experienced and skilled accounting professional responsible foroverseeing a companys accounting operations, ensuring accuracy and effectiveness of financial transactions, and providing leadership to junior accountants.Key Responsibilities
• Regulate and authenticate financial transactions, maintaining a ledger to ensure accuracy and effectiveness
• Balance accounts and verify bank statements on behalf of the company
• Oversee a team of junior accountants, providing guidance and training as needed
• Prepare financial reports, including month-end reports and financial forecasts
• Perform research and analysis to identify trends and areas for improvement
• Maintain general ledger, perform account reconciliations, and assist with audit preparations
• Develop and implement accounting procedures and policies
