*Roles & Responsibilities:- -Work collaboratively with existing team leads of the established Dynamics practice -Lead business development/sales efforts, craft and develop solution approaches and requisite proposals and successfully engage with clients -Network and develop relationships with new clients and partners -Lead the delivery and management of client projects, contributing to solutions as needed to establish strong trust- based relationships and drive collective client and team success -Mentor and serve as a role model to junior colleagues by providing career development goals, meeting -regularly, writing and deliver semi-annual reviews, advocating for their career advancement, and serving as an example of career roles and levels they can aspire to -Recruit top talent at the experienced level and from outstanding colleges -Manage the team of Dynamics solutions consultants -Responsible for Customer Satisfaction Index, Associate Survey, Status reporting for Account/Line of Business, -Goal tracking for Quality, Productivity, Deployment, Rookie Ratio in Project teams and Revenue Growth Percentage -Develop relationship with customers to intensify strategic cooperation. -Goals for direct reports and guide them in individual performance management. -Responsible for managing multi-location team working in 24x7 mode-Previous experience leading and growing a Dynamics ERP Practice or another ERP/Business Systems practice -15-18 years of experience including project/program management experience, ranging from consultant to delivery manager roles -Experience in end to end delivery Microsoft Dynamics ERP implementation and rollout project is a must. -Dynamics ERP and D365F&O implementation experience -Dynamics ERP and D365 F&O Certifications are a huge plus -Advanced understanding of the Microsoft ecosystem -Expert knowledge of waterfall and agile ERP implementation methodologies -Extensive client account and project management experience with demonstrated ability to plan and manage the execution of consulting and implementation projects, PMP is a plus. -Recognized as valued trusted advisor in relationships with clients, colleagues, vendors, and other industry professionals -Passionate and successful in mentoring others and developing their careers Demonstrated ability to: -Surface or discover problem solving opportunities through your personal network and/or through market relationships nurtured -Initiate and manage a solution-based sales cycle -Plan and manage complex client engagements involving multiple teams -Manage vendor relationships -Passionate and successful in mentoring others and developing their careers -Strong business acumen across a variety of industries and business functions -Involvement in local professional networking and civic/community activities -Strong local network of IT and business executives and business acumen across a variety of industries and business functions -Experience in project management, People management and leadership skills -Experience of managing large/multiple development projects in Agile/Scrum/waterfall models
