We are seeking a skilled and experienced billing engineer minimum 2 years of professional experience. The ideal candidate shall have extensive knowledge and proficiency in SOR (schedule of rates) for government projects.Responsibilities:Quarterly preparation of cost to complete to assigned taskPreparation of profit and loss statementPreparing cash flowPreparing cost comparison statement (Planned vs. Actual)Reconciliation (Quantities & Material) of major itemsEnsuring all the changes to the scope is recorded & amendments are made for approvalsPreparation of BOQ, floating inquiries, vendor finalization, scope finalizationQuantity EstimationPreparation & certification of client bill manual & in billing systemPreparation & certification of subcontractors bill manual & in billing systemRate analysis for non BOQ items manuallyTracking and follow up for major holdup, unbilled amountRequirements:BCA,MCA,Bsc.IT,Msc.IT,IT,Diploma,B.Tech,M.Tech.B.
