Job Description

• Loan Processing: Manage the entire home loan process, from application to closing, ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate.
• Client Consultation: Discuss and understand the requirement of the property booking clients and provide assistance for the home loan processing by recommending the suitable product and institution.
• Underwriting Coordination: Work closely with underwriters to ensure timely and accurate loan approvals.
• Compliance Assurance: Stay updated on relevant regulations and ensure all loan activities comply with legal and company standards.
• Market Research: Monitor market trends and competitor offerings to provide clients with the best options.
• Relationship Building: Develop and build strong relationships with the clients, financial institutions and fellow industry officials
• Customer Support: Provide exceptional service throughout the loan process, addressing any questions or concerns promptly.
• Performance Tracking: Maintain accurate records of loan applications and monitor key performance indicators.
