Hotel ManagerKey Job Duties & Responsibilities1. Oversee the daily operations of the hotel and ensure smooth functioning of all departments.2. Manage front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, maintenance, and guest services.3. Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction and promptly resolve customer complaints.4. Supervise, train, and motivate hotel staff.5. Monitor hotel occupancy, reservations, and room availability.6. Prepare staff schedules and manage workforce requirements.7. Maintain hotel standards, policies, and operational procedures.8. Manage budgets, control expenses, and maximize revenue.9. Monitor inventory and coordinate with vendors and suppliers.10. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal regulations.11. Review financial reports and prepare performance analyses.12. Coordinate marketing and promotional activities to increase bookings.13. Conduct regular inspections of hotel facilities and services.14. Handle VIP guests and special requests professionally.15.
