If you are passionate about IT recruitment, possess a strong track record in contract staffing, and are driven by delivering quality candidates swiftly, we want to hear from you!Key Responsibilities:
    • Manage end-to-end recruitment process for IT contract roles across various technologies.
    • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for contract staffing positions, ensuring they meet both client and candidate requirements.
    • Maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
    • Focus on diverse hiring practices to ensure representation from underrepresented groups.
    • Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand role requirements and align recruitment strategies.
    • Conduct interviews, provide regular updates to stakeholders, and ensure timely closures for contract roles.
    • Drive a stable hiring process, managing high-volume, time-sensitive positions.
    Key Requirements:
    • 1 to 5 years of experience in IT recruitment, specifically in domestic contract staffing.
    • Proven experience in sourcing, screening, and placing candidates for contract roles in the IT domain.
    • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and the ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously.
    • Ability to join immediately or within a short notice period.
    • Demonstrated commitment to diversity in recruitment practices.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work from the office, 5 days a week.
    Preferred Qualifications:
    • Prior experience in IT recruitment for contract roles in a fast-paced environment.
    • Familiarity with using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
    • Knowledge of current trends in IT recruitment
