Java Backend LeadResponsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain scalable and high-performance applications using Java. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code. Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members. Troubleshoot and debug applications to optimize performance. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our applicationsremain cutting-edge. Mentor junior developers and contribute to their professional growth.Requirements: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 8 years of professional experience in software development, with a strong focus on Java. Experience in system architecture, unit testing, and cloud AWS. Proficiency in Java and its frameworks. Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS). Strong understanding of concurrent programming and distributed systems. Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and teamwork abilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.Preferred Qualifications: Experience with other programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, or C. Knowledge of database systems (SQL and NoSQL). Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices. Contributions to open-source projects.
