• Recruitment Operations -Implement and refine recruitment processes to increase efficiency, quality, and time-to-hire
• Team Development -Lead employer branding initiatives to position the company as an employer of choice in the industry
• Talent Sourcing and Branding -Hire, train, and develop a high-performing team of recruiters, ensuring they have the tools and resources to succeed
• Compliance and Reporting-Ensure recruitment processes comply with local, state, and federal regulations, as well as company policies
