We are not looking for another Lean Manager.We are looking for a battle-tested Lean leader who obsesses over waste elimination, thrives on measurable performance gains, and has the ability to transform good operations into world-class, high-velocity manufacturing systems.If you thrive on visible impact, love mentoring cross-functional teams, and want to lead Lean transformation in a fast-scaling, technology-forward manufacturing environment, this is your opportunity to make history.Key Responsibilities- Lead aggressive Lean transformation across the entire value stream from raw material to finished goods, targeting 20-30% improvement in productivity, OEE, and cycle time.- Ruthlessly identify and eliminate waste using VSM, Kaizen, TPM, SMED, Kanban, Heijunka, and Poka-Yoke. Deliver hard savings of 4-7 Cr annually.- Build, coach, and develop a high-performance Lean culture. Create a strong pipeline of internal Green/Black Belts and change agents.- Conduct regular Gemba walks and lead rapid improvement events that deliver fast, visible, and sustainable results.- Partner with Plant Leadership to align Lean initiatives with aggressive business goals and digital transformation roadmap.- Establish rigorous visual management, daily performance reviews, and data-driven decision-making systems across the plant.- Own end-to-end accountability for Continuous Improvement programs and ensure they directly impact quality, cost, delivery, and safety metrics.
