Job Description

Responsibilities :- Successfully set up the offline sales and distribution operation for the organization in the area.- Drive the distribution expansion of the brand in offline channels (General trade & Modern Trade) across the city.- Manage inventory and fill rates along with product freshness, by ensuring highest accuracy of demand forecast & coordination with the planning & supply chain team.- Demand Generation - Generates PO.- Collection of Receivables - Follows up on the receivables- Stock Return Management: Authorize Return to Vendor (RTV)- Scheme Management: Rollout schemes & offers in retail, if any.- Planogram adherence: Ensure proper merchandising as per agreed planogram- Asset management: Ensure proper usage & utilization of company assets (refrigerator/chiller)- Trade marketing execution - Oversee sampling activities &/or other activitiesDesired Candidate :- A good candidate would be one with 2-4 years of FMCG sales experience with an educational background of MBA, have a high action-orientation and drive for results, should be well conversant with RTM and GTM strategies.- Demonstrate company values, ethics & pride through exemplary behaviour.- Strong selling skills is must.- Individual willing to roll up their sleeves and get the hands dirty- Identifies, builds, and uses a wide network of contacts with people at all levels, internally and externally.- High on ethics and transparency- Self-starter, entrepreneurial attitude with high level of ownershipOur Promise to You :- We will value self-awareness, intellectual honesty, judgment, empathy, and positive energy over years of experience- We have no industry baggage and we are willing to try out new ideas.- We are always excited to hear from you- We will give an opportunity to create a once in a lifetime organization.,
