They ensure high-quality service delivery while managing supplies, coordinatingstaff, and maintaining excellent customer service standards.Key Responsibilities:1. Operational Management: - Lead and manage the onboard catering team. - Plan and organize meal services according to schedules. - Ensure all food handling and sanitation procedures are followed.2. Quality Assurance: - Monitor food quality, presentation, and service to meet company standards. - Oversee the cleanliness and maintenance of kitchen equipment and service areas.3. Staff Supervision: - Recruit, train, and evaluate catering staff. - Develop staff schedules to ensure efficient workflow.4. Inventory Control: - Manage inventory, track supplies, and order stock to meet demand. - Conduct regular stock checks and report discrepancies.5. Customer Service: - Address customer inquiries and handle complaints efficiently. - Implement customer feedback to improve service.6. Financial Management: - Control budget and monitor expenses. - Work towards achieving the target revenue.Skills Need- Strong leadership and team management skills.- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.- Proficiency in inventory management and cost control.- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.**Education:**- A degree/ diploma in hospitality management, business administration, or a relatedfield is preferred.This role demands a dynamic individual capable of maintaining high standards ofservice and efficiency even in the fast-paced environment of travel catering.
