Job Description

    Department - Wealth ChannelDesignation: Manager - Affluent Client RelationsYears of Exp: 3 to 7 yrsRoles:
    • Work closely with the branch team to reach out to high priority and affluent clients.
    • Understand client needs and offer comprehensive wealth management solutions,
    • including investments, insurance, PMS/AIF and structured products.
    • Achieve AUM and revenue targets through cross-selling investment products to exiting clients
    • Ensure high standards of client servicing and compliance with internal and regulatory guidelines.
    • Keep updated on market trends, investment products, and global financial news.
    • Proactively identify new business opportunities within existing and potential clients.
    • Participate in marketing and client engagement events.
    Key Skills && Competencies:
    • Strong understanding of financial markets, investment products, and wealth
    • management principles.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
    • Ability to identify client needs and provide customized solutions.
    • Sales-driven with a focus on providing excellent customer service.
    Qualifications:
    • Masters degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
    • CFA/CFP is an added advantage.
    • Relevant certifications as per regulatory requirements (e.g., AMFI, IRDA, NISM, etc.).
    • 3 to 7 years of experience in wealth management, private banking, or financial advisory roles.
    • Track record of managing affluent/HNW client relationships and achieving sales targets.
    Performance Metrics:
    • AUM (Assets Under Management) growth
    • Revenue generation (investment income, insurance income, etc.)
    • Client retention rate
    • New client acquisition
    • Compliance and risk adherence
