Manager LogisticsQualification: GraduationJob DescriptionResponsible for the management of the Logistics budget Plan and ensure logistic capacity to deliver demand using available best practices technology. Develop and obtain approval of logistic capital plan lead execution of capex budgets within logistics Manage, coach and develop a high performing team Set departmental objectives and review and assess ongoing performance of direct reports Being CI Lead practitioner, train other team members to drive logistics improvement projects Assess and make recommendations for logistics processes in potential new facilities or plants and advise of cost implications and efficiency Support continuous improvement initiatives and identify inefficiencies and cost optimization opportunitiesEnsure metrics, reports, and process documentation is available; Interpret trends and analyses and review data.Support new business initiatives and projects and contribute to review meetings and change process.
