Job Description

We actively seek a Manager, Talent Acquisition resident in our Hyderabad, India office.

Position Summary

The Manager, Talent Acquisition will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle recruitment process for our India-based roles, making creative hiring strategies, and managing a team of talent acquisition specialists. He/she will play a critical role in ensuring the best talent is hired through a strategic partnership with business leaders and will lead our external employer branding and awareness campaigns.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Experience in Managing and Engaging Recruitment agencies effectively and efficiently to drive within target date hiring
  • Experience in high volume recruitment in short span of time
  • Experience in ERP (SAP/EBS/OT/PeopleSoft) talent acquisition is desirable
  • Cultivate and manage relationships with hiring managers and candidates
  • Understand the skills and background required for the requisitions, the impact of the role, and what constitutes an ideal fit
  • Develop and apply subject matter expertise in assigned functional areas
  • Develop and execute effective talent acquisition and sourcing strategies
  • Embrace employee referrals and build internal partnerships to foster quality referrals
  • Effectively manage requisition load
  • Develop talent acquisition strategies to actively and creatively network and evaluate top talent
  • Build employer brand, awareness, and interest in target candidate pool
  • Manage, mentor, and motivate the team, and work with them closely to hire the best talent
  • Manage the full lifecycle of the hiring process, including interview and offer process, salary recommendations and negotiations, and closing positions in a timely manner
  • Champion a positive candidate experience and effectively manage candidates throughout the process
  • Knowledge and adherence to appropriate legal and compliant hiring processes
  • Manage Applicant Tracking System including all changes, updates and reporting
Qualifications / Skills / Experience

Location

  • Hyderabad, India

Education

  • Undergraduate degree; MBA in HR is desirable

Experience

  • At least 8 years of experience in managing the full lifecycle of the hiring process
  • At least 3 years experience in managing a talent acquisition team
  • Candidates having a startup experience, along with the ability to scale up in a fast growing company will be preferred

Skills

  • Ability to demonstrate consultative, subject-matter expertise in hiring
  • Demonstrated leadership experience
  • Solid knowledge of labor and employment law
  • Strong MS Office skills
  • Excellent problem solving, multi-tasking, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize workload
  • Ability to analyze data and make recommendations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to be extremely detail oriented while also focusing on a strategic, long term vision
  • Experience with applicant tracking tool, preferably iCIMS
