Marketing Design Specialist

Job Description

Key Responsibilities
• Lead the design and production of high-quality digital and print assets, including brochures, flyers, social media graphics, web visuals, email banners, advertisements, sales enablement tools, and tradeshow materials.
• Maintain the visual consistency of brand assets across all platforms and campaigns, ensuring adherence to branding guidelines.
• Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to create compelling visual content that supports storytelling initiatives, including blogs, case studies, and product launches.
• Support the execution of webinars and events with strong brand-aligned visual design and content support.
• Contribute to content strategy by designing eye-catching visuals for social media and paid advertising campaigns.
• Help maintain and enhance the visual identity of the company website, ensuring alignment with branding and SEO best practices.
• Use project management tools like Monday.com to track asset timelines, marketing deliverables, and cross-functional requests.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to manage marketing materials and logistics for trade shows, swag, and print fulfillment.
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a creative or marketing role focused on design and content creation.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat.
• Strong design portfolio demonstrating visual storytelling, branding, and digital design capabilities.
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects with strong attention to detail.
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Monday.com) for coordinating tasks and timelines.
• Experience designing for events, webinars, or trade show marketing is a strong plus.
