We help businesses meet national and international quality, safety, and management system standards.Were currently hiring for the position of Marketing Based on your profile, your experience appears to match the role well.Here are a few highlights:Opportunity to work with clients from multiple industries.Exposure to internationally recognized standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 27001, and related management systems.Professional learning and career growth in the inspection and certification sector.A structured work environment with opportunities to develop technical and client-facing skills.Job Title:* Marketing ExecutiveDepartment: Marketing*Job Location : Chennai/ VAPI/ Baroda / Hyderebad / Bhopal/Job Responsibilities:Generate own leads and conduct a minimum of 3 client visits daily to promote ICS services.Send introductory emails and quotations (via FA-67 online system) on the same day and update the Head Office, Station Manager, and Reporting Manager.Develop strong relationships with consultants, business associations, and chambers of commerce.Gather and report market intelligence (e.g., competitor pricing, products, and strategies).Represent ICS in exhibitions, seminars, and other branding events.Submit and periodically review individual Annual Marketing Plan.Manage end-to-end client coordination: from enquiry handling and quotation preparation to final contract execution.Ensure pricing integrity and secure necessary internal approvals.Support administrative tasks like tender submissions, EMD/security deposit processing, and credential documentation.Timely completion and submission of online timesheets (FA-67).Conduct new employee orientation and induction as needed.Target: Your monthly target will be generating revenue which is 10 times the Cost to Company (CTC).Required Skills & Competencies:* Good communication and presentation skills (verbal & written). * Confident, presentable, and professional personality. * Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities. * Basic knowledge of ISO standards and certification processes (preferred). * Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
