The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Azure services, and Power Platform (Power Apps/Power Automate). You will be responsible for designing, developing, customizing, and supporting Dynamics CRM solutions, integrating with various systems, and implementing automation using Power Platform and Azure.Key Responsibilities:
• Customize and configure Microsoft Dynamics CRM applications, workflows, and plugins.
• Develop and maintain Canvas and Model-driven apps using Power Apps.
• Create and manage custom workflows and actions in MSD.
• Integrate MS Dynamics with other internal and third-party systems.
• Utilize Power Automate/Flows for process automation.
• Design and implement Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and services to support CRM solutions.
• Ensure robust security implementation and compliance within MS Dynamics solutions.
• Build interactive user interfaces using PCF Controls and the Fluid Framework.
• Design dashboards and reports using tools like SSRS, SSIS, Power BI, etc.
• Work with SQL Server for database management, optimization, and troubleshooting.
Required Skills:
• MSD CRM Development: Plugin development, workflows, and customizations.
• Azure: Logic apps, Azure Functions, and service integrations.
• Power Platform: Power Apps (Canvas & Model-driven), Power Automate.
• Programming Languages: JavaScript, C#, ASP.NET for web development.
• Frontend Technologies: jQuery, React.
• Database: Strong command of SQL Server and database concepts.
• Reporting Tools: Experience with SSRS, Power BI, or equivalent.
• Security: Knowledge of Dynamics 365 security models and best practices.
• UI Controls: Experience with PCF (PowerApps Component Framework).
Good to Have:
• Experience with CoPilot in Dynamics environment is a plus.
Experience Level:
• Proficient to Expert across required skill sets.
• Open to candidates with mid to expert-level experience in the specified technologies.
