Make outbound calls to insurance companies to resolve billing issues and claim denials. Follow up on outstanding accounts receivables and ensure timely reimbursements. Interpret and verify insurance policies, benefits, andcoverage for accurate claim handling. Identify trends in claim denials and provide feedback to the billing team. Document all actions taken on accounts, including call details and claim status updates. Collaborate with team members to achieve monthly AR goals and reduce outstanding balances. Stay updated on payer guidelines, coding changes, and industry regulations. Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate departments or supervisors.
