Job Description

    : P&C INSURANCE TEAM LEADOverall Experience: 6 Years Mandatory: 2 Years Team Lead Experience ON PAPERKey Requirements:
    • 6 years of overall experience in P&C / PNC Insurance.
    • Minimum 2 years of Team Lead experience must be clearly mentioned on the resume / on paper.
    • Strong hands-on experience in Insurance Underwriting.
    • Good understanding of US / International Insurance operations.
    • Strong people-management and team-handling experience.
    • Experience managing quality, productivity, SLA and operational metrics.
    • Excellent communication, escalation and stakeholder-management skills.
    Key Responsibilities:
    • Manage day-to-day P&C Insurance / Underwriting operations.
    • Lead and manage a team to achieve quality, productivity and SLA targets.
    • Handle complex cases and customer/client escalations.
    • Conduct team huddles, coaching and performance discussions.
    • Monitor team performance and identify improvement opportunities.
    • Ensure compliance with SOPs, quality standards and process guidelines.
    • Prepare operational reports and share performance updates.
    • Coordinate with clients/internal stakeholders for issue resolution.
    • Drive process improvements and provide process guidance to the team.
    Eligibility CriteriaSME: 6 years overall P&C/PNC Insurance experience Strong Underwriting experience US/International Insurance exposure preferredTeam Lead: 6 years overall P&C/PNC Insurance experience 2 years Team Lead experience ON PAPER Mandatory Strong Underwriting experience US/International Insurance exposure preferredLocations: Hyderabad & NoidaInterested candidates can share their updated CV.
