Role: Phone Banking Officer (Inbound Customer Service & Sales) Employment Type: Permanent | Bank PayrollJob Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound customer calls and provide prompt resolution to banking-related queries.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure a positive customer experience.
• Assist customers with account-related information, banking products, transactions, and service requests.
• Identify customer needs and promote relevant banking products and services through upselling and cross-selling.
• Maintain high standards of call quality, compliance, and customer satisfaction.
• Accurately document customer interactions and follow banking processes and guidelines.
Eligibility Criteria:Graduate in any discipline (Mandatory) Freshers can apply (Graduate Freshers) Experienced candidates must have a minimum of 1 year of customer service experience Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills Customer-centric approach with good problem-solving abilities Age Limit: Up to 30 YearsCompensation:Graduate Freshers: Up to 3 LPA MBA Freshers :Up to 4 LPA Experienced Candidates: Up to 4.6 LPA (Based on experience and last drawn salary)Work Schedule:Rotational Shifts
• Male Candidates: Rotational shifts including night shifts
