• Designation: Piping Lead Design Engineer
• Qualification -B. Tech / (Mechanical
• Location -Vadodara/Kolkata/Bangalore
Responsibilities:
• The candidate should be proficient in use of International / National codes and standard.
• Hands-on experience in vendor drawings, 3D model, isometrics and piping GADs
• Conversant with 3D environment (PDS / SP3D / PDMS)
• Conversant with 2D environment - Micro-station / AutoCAD
• Modelling of piping and equipment in 3D environment (PDS / SP3D / PDMS).
• Preparing drawings in 2D environment - Micro-station / AutoCAD.
• Overall, 15 years of versatile experience in piping design, engineering and construction for Refinery,
• Oil/Gas, Petrochemical, Fertilizer/Ammonia plant design and projects.
• Well-versed with EPC business of Refinery, Oil/Gas, Petrochemicals, Fertilizers/Ammonia plants, its unit
• operation, equipment handling, safety and hazardous occurs.
• Worked on world class Oil/Gas, petrochemical EPC projects like Saudi Aramco, ExxonMobil, SABIC,
• KNPC, SOCAR, GAZPROM-NEFT, GAIL, Rastanura, IOCL, Total petrochemical, for completing its
• detail engineering & FEED stage.
• Sound Knowledgeable and experienced in applying ASME/API/ASTM, OISD, NFPA, PIP and other
• international codes and std in project.
• Worked on conceptual stage to As-Built stages on green field as well brownfield projects, works efficiently
• and effectively under pressure for assigned task to meet project schedule.
• Checked till now 6000 piping isometrics so far on SRU, ARU, SWS and Utility-offsite area.
• Expertise in handling Greenfield as well as Brownfield projects scope completion activities.
• Experienced in handling Piping design tools like E3D, PDMS, Navisworks, SPR, SP3D.
• Acquired field experience for site design engineer role (SDE) at Ethylene, Methanol, Ammonia & Fertilizer plant during overseas deputation.
