Project Manager - Infrastructure ProjectDesired profile: -Candidate should have hands on exp. in handling National Highways/Expressway Infrastructureproject.Candidate should have well versed experience in correspondence with nhai and other authorities in hisprevious companies with in Road & Highways Projects.Must have regular technical Degree/Diploma in civil from a recognize Technical university/board.-Oversee construction of Road-(Highway & Structure) projects from beginning to endManage the budget and estimate costsDetermine the necessary equipment, materials, and manpower neededKeep track of inventory, tools and equipmentEnsure supplies and equipment are ordered and delivered according to schedulePrepare reports regarding job statusResolve any problems that may ariseEnsure compliance with safety regulations as per Morth.Evaluate risksTrain and mentor construction workers and construction laborers depending on the size of the projectCollaborate with subcontractors, engineers, architects and key team members of the project teamNegotiate with external vendors on contract agreementsObtain the appropriate permits and licenses from authorities for construction sitesPlan construction operationsEnsure all deadlines are metHire contractors and staff including construction laborersDelegate responsibilitiesAllocate and manage resources to ensure that they are available when they are needed throughout theconstruction projectsKeep all stakeholders aware of the progress on projects and prepare progress reports regularlyHandle any environmental or local community issues that may come up during a projectConduct site checks to monitor progress and quality standards.Interested Candidate sends their updated resume (hidden_email) Call for more details at hidden_mobile, hidden_mobile on MondaytoSaturdayat10:00AM to 6:30 PM
