Positions, Vacancies, and Salary Details
• PTW Coordinator / Job Performer (Mech/Inst/Electrical):
• Salary - AED 70 - 100 per day
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage plant maintenance and shutdown/turnaround activities across various disciplines.
• Develop, plan, and execute project schedules using Primavera-6 software for efficient operations.
• Oversee mechanical, piping, electrical, and rigging operations to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Implement and enforce HSE policies to create a safe working environment.
• Manage materials, stores, and workforce mobilization to ensure smooth execution of projects.
• Perform quality assurance and quality control inspections for mechanical and piping systems during shutdowns.
• Supervise and coordinate rigging, planning, and other technical services to meet project objectives.
• Provide accurate quantity surveying and cost estimations for efficient project budgeting.
Requirements:
• Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• 512 years of experience in site planning, execution, and supervision for plant maintenance and shutdowns.
• Proven experience in the oil & gas industry, particularly in shutdown/turnaround maintenance projects within the Gulf region.
• Ex - Descon candidates are preferred.
• Proficiency in Primavera-6 software for project planning and scheduling.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Additional Information:
• Food, accommodation, medical, and transportation will be provided by the company.
• Contract duration: 3 months.
