Designation: Regional ManagerDepartment: AgencyCTC up to 28 LPALocation: Hyderabad, Kerala ( Kochi), Rajasthan (Jaipur)Key responsibilities :Driving Tied Agency Distribution ChannelBuild a productive and motivated agent network and full-time employees ASM / SM / SSM / ABM/DBM/ BM as per PlanResponsible for managing their Direct team, BM, SAM, AMScripting the business growthAchieve desired activity/productivity revenue targets through the respective FLS team members.Supporting and monitoring low-performing Unit headsDriving MDRTs and increasing the penetrationEnsure availability of the required number of trained SM and agents andsupport resources in all areas; monitor recruitments and induction of Agents and FLSResponsible for managing, monitoring, evaluation and rewarding of SM/agents on a time-to-time basis.Lead and guide identified colleagues by providing them with performance feedback, training and the required growth opportunities to ensure thatsubordinates are developed for higher-level roles.Ensure all Sales Managers are trained on company products and company guidelinesEnsure the parameters defined for BQI are continuously achieved on a monthly basisDigital initiatives- policiesP&LJob requirements:Qualifications GraduationExperience 12-15 YearsFunctional and Behavioural requirements:Negotiation SkillsComfortable working with digital toolsCommunication Skills both face to face and virtuallyNetworking SkillsTeam Management SkillsBusiness AcumenInterpersonal SkillsActive Listening SkillsMust have handled a team in his / her previous roleMinimum 5 years of Sales & channel management experienceLeadership Role at branch level.If interested, please share at hidden_email OR WhatsApp on hidden_mobile
