Job Description

    Dear Candidates,We are hiring for Regional Sales Manager for various locations in one of the leading Steel manufacturing company of India.Job Location : Delhi, Hyderabad, Ahmedabad, Mumbai & Lucknow. (1 person for each locations)Education : Any GraduateArea Sales Manager (Project Sales TMT Bar)Job Summary:The Area Sales Manager (Project Sales) will be responsible for driving project-based sales ofTMT bars within the assigned region.The focus will be on acquiring and managing largeinfrastructure projects, collaborating with contractors, builders, and developers, andensuring the successful execution of sales strategies to meet revenue targets.Key Responsibilities: Project Acquisition: Identify and target large-scale infrastructure and constructionprojects in the assigned area, including residential, commercial, and governmentprojects. Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with project managers,contractors, engineers, developers, and consultants to promote the use of TMT bars intheir projects.Sales Strategy: Develop and implement a sales strategy to achieve monthly, quarterly,and annual sales targets, focusing on project sales for TMT bars. Market Penetration: Actively explore and penetrate new markets by understanding project requirements and providing tailored TMT solutions. Negotiations: Conduct effective negotiations with clients to close high-value sales deals,ensuring long-term contracts and repeat business. Technical Support: Work closely with the technical team to offer clients productspecifications, usage benefits, and cost advantages related to TMT bars in projectsettings. Tender Participation: Prepare, submit, and follow up on tenders and quotations forlarge-scale projects, ensuring compliance with all legal and technical requirements. Revenue Growth: Ensure sales growth by identifying new project opportunities andcross-selling to existing clients. Channel Management: Collaborate with distributors and dealers to ensure timely supplyand support for ongoing projects. Sales Forecasting && Reporting: Provide accurate sales forecasts and regular reports tothe senior management, highlighting key developments, challenges, and opportunitiesin project sales.Qualifications: Education: Any Graduate degree with relevant experience. Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years in project sales, with at least 4 years in selling TMTbars corporate sales or construction-related materials.
