While this is our ideal list, we will consider candidates that do not necessarily have all of the qualifications, but have sufficient experience and talent.Responsibilities for retail developmentDevelop and lead the execution of the strategic direction associated with the Retail Outfitter Development TeamResponsible for the coordination and rollout cadence of all Retail TrainingResponsible for coordinating and managing business messaging as a Gatekeeper to create, edit and deliver effective communication to Retail Product Training Specialists and Systems TrainersResponsible for managing the Sales Support and Outfitter Development communications calendar and SharePoint pagesRole will own the design, implementation and revision of communication strategies for the Sales Support and Outfitter Development TeamResponsible for serving as the gatekeeper of communication from the field, specifically Product Training Specialists and Systems trainers back to the Sales Support and Outfitter Development TeamOrganize, submit, and insure accurate landlord criteria, site surveys , 3D renderings, shop drawings, and cost proposals are distributed and communicated to internal and external customersGather all new and updated project information, timelines, and designer status reports and publish accordinglyMaintain shop-in-shop folder project database to include all drawings, site surveys, photos ,and cost proposalsSchedule meetings with internal and external customers to communicate project timeline recapsQualifications for retail developmentMust have a Bachelors or Associates degree in a related fieldMust have 1-2 years in Retail/Store Visual Merchandising, Display, Graphic, Interior Design, or related work experienceKnowledge of computer based design software necessary (Adobe Creative Suite, 3-D rendering, Sketch Up)Must be able to read and interpret base plans, elevations and fixture and finish plansPrevious experience building and installing window and/or in-store displays preferredMust be detail-oriented, meet deadlines consistently and communicate effectively
