Job Summary:As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be the face of our store, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience. You will assist customers with product selection, offer knowledge about our products, process transactions, and maintain store organization.Key Responsibilities:
• Customer Service: Greet and engage with customers, offering assistance and recommendations based on their needs.
• Sales Support: Help customers find products and offer product knowledge to facilitate purchasing decisions.
• Cash Register & Transaction Processing: Accurately handle cash, credit, and debit transactions, and ensure the completion of sales.
• Inventory Management: Assist with restocking shelves, organizing product displays, and tracking inventory levels.
• Store Presentation: Keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing according to store standards.
• Product Knowledge: Stay up to date on product features, promotions, and sales strategies to better assist customers.
• Team Collaboration: Work with team members to achieve sales goals and deliver excellent service.
• Customer Feedback: Listen to customer concerns and resolve issues in a timely and friendly manner.
