Sales Account Specialist - OPT Private for CARL ZEISSPosition OPEN at Delhi, Ranchi and Hyderabad (Candidates comfortable with any of these 3 locations may apply)We are seeking a dynamic sales professional to join our team in the Ophthalmology diagnostics and surgical product business in the assigned region. This role will be responsible for managing the Direct, Trade, and Channel business for the entire portfolio of ophthalmic products. You will build and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders, deliver clinical engagement programs, attend operating theaters (OTs), and provide support to OT and paramedical staff.Revenue Target:10-12 Cr AnnuallyRequirements:
• Bachelors degree in Engineering or MBA
• Minimum 4-6 years of experience in a sales environment (preferably in medical equipment)
• Ability to work independently with a strong sense of urgency, responsibility, and accountability
• Strong customer focus and excellent presentation skills
Responsibilities:
• Directly approach and engage customers
• Manage sales in the designated area (both direct and indirect channels)
• Identify new customers and promote clinical sales of ophthalmic equipment
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
• Responsible for sales forecasting and tracking performance for the region
• Take full responsibility for organizing local events, including sales/product meetings and training sessions
• Collect, consolidate, and prepare sales and marketing updates and reports for management
• Review sales performance and ongoing projects with field sales, in collaboration with the reporting manager
• Oversee the development and delivery of product demonstrations to customers
We are looking for front-line sales candidates with 4-6 yrs of experience in the given region
• Understand Opthalmology and the customers in the given region
• Eager to grow and learn
• Good communication
• Looking for candidates fromOphthalmology device and consumable companies (Toshbro, Mehra Eyetech, Biomedix, Appasamy, Aurolab, J&J Vision, Alcon, Leica, Rayner, Hoya, Biotech, IO Care, KLB instruments, etc)
• Region: Delhi, Hyderabad, Ranchi
