Job Description

    Dear Candidates,As Sales Director, Enterprise Sales, youwill lead our enterprise sales strategy in India, owning the full sales cyclefor high-value deals with insurance companies. Reporting to the Head of SalesIndia & Middle East, youll build relationships with C-suite executives,demonstrate the ROI of our AI ready platforms, and close multimillion-dollarcontracts to fuel insureMOs growth.Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute enterprise salesstrategies targeting large insurance firms, achieving quarterly and annualrevenue targets- Lead end-to-end sales processes, fromprospecting and demos to negotiations, RFPs, and contract closures with highvalue insurance companies- Build and nurture executive relationshipswith insurers CIOs, CTOs, and CEOs to position insureMOs AI solutions andother cutting edge solutions as mission-critical.- Collaborate with product, marketing, andcustomer success teams to customize pitches and ensure seamless dealhandoffs.- Analyze market trends in insurtech,forecast pipeline health, and provide insights to refine our go-to-marketapproach.Qualifications- 15 years of enterprise sales experiencein SaaS, AI, or insurtech, with a proven track record of selling AI platformsand solutions directly to insurance companies (e.g., closing deals withcarriers like AXA, Allianz, or regional players).- Demonstrable success in landing 7-figuredeals; quota attainment of 120% in prior roles.- Deep understanding of insurance industrychallenges (e.g., underwriting, claims automation, regulatory compliance) andhow AI drives value.- Strong technical aptitude to articulatecomplex AI/platform capabilities without getting lost in jargon.- Bachelors degree in Business,Technology, or related field; MBA preferred.- Experience in Indian market is a must
