    Job Title: Sales Manager - Home Loans & Mortgage ProductsLocation: Hyderabad, Khammam, NelloreJob Overview:We are looking for a Sales Manager for Home Loans and Mortgage Products to lead the sales efforts in driving business growth, acquiring new customers, and ensuring an efficient loan processing experience. This role requires a strong focus on achieving sales targets, fostering customer relationships, and offering customized loan solutions. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of home loans and mortgages, strong sales acumen, and the ability to manage the entire sales process effectively.Key Responsibilities:
    1. Sales Performance & Target Achievement
      • Achieve Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals for home loan and mortgage products.
      • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the local market to drive revenue growth.
      • Lead Generation: Establish and nurture relationships with real estate developers, brokers, and agents to build a strong lead pipeline.
    2. Customer Acquisition & Relationship Building
      • Identify and Engage Prospects: Understand customer needs and offer personalized home loan solutions.
      • Sales Activities: Conduct client meetings, property visits, and negotiations to secure new business.
      • Pipeline Management: Build, track, and maintain a robust sales pipeline, ensuring effective follow-up and timely closure of deals.
    3. Stakeholder Engagement & Customer Satisfaction
      • Industry Relationships: Foster strong connections with key industry stakeholders, such as developers, brokers, and agents.
      • Customer Experience: Ensure seamless loan application processing, providing excellent service from initial contact through loan disbursement.
      • Query Management: Proactively resolve customer queries and issues, working closely with internal teams to ensure smooth resolution.
    4. Loan Processing Coordination
      • Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work alongside credit, risk, and operations teams to ensure timely and accurate processing of loan applications.
      • Documentation Compliance: Ensure all documentation complies with regulatory standards and internal policies.
      • Issue Resolution: Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams, troubleshooting any issues that arise to ensure timely loan approval and disbursement.
    Key Skills & Qualifications:
    • Sales Expertise: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, particularly in home loans and mortgage products.
    • Customer Focused: Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, brokers, and internal stakeholders.
    • Financial Knowledge: Deep understanding of home loan products, mortgage processes, and credit assessments.
    • Negotiation Skills: Excellent negotiation and closing skills to convert leads into closed deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
    • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders.
    • Problem-Solving: Ability to address issues and obstacles efficiently, ensuring a smooth loan process for customers.
    Experience & Education Requirements:
    • Experience: 3-5 years in mortgage sales or a related field, with a proven track record in managing home loan sales.
    • Network: Established connections within the real estate sector, including experience working with developers, brokers, and agents.
    • Sales Success: Demonstrated ability to manage and close a diverse sales pipeline while consistently achieving targets.
    • Regulatory Understanding: Strong knowledge of mortgage regulations, loan processing, and compliance.

    • Sales Achievement: Consistently meet or surpass sales targets for home loans and mortgage products.
