• Achieve Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for home loans and related mortgage products.
• Lead Generation: Source leads through various channels like real estate developers, agents, and referrals.
• Customer Consultation: Assess customer financial needs and present tailored home loan solutions.
• Direct Sales Activities: Engage in client meetings, property site visits, and networking events to build a sales pipeline.
• Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with real estate developers, brokers, and other stakeholders to drive lead generation.
