    Logix Incorporation is delighted to offer a rewarding career opportunity for the position of Sales Manager (EdTech).Position Details:- Working Hours: 9.5 hours per day, 6 days a week - Salary: To be discussed after your interview and performance evaluationJob Summary:We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Sales Manager with a strong background in EdTech and a proven ability to manage large teams to drive sales and business growth. As a Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading and motivating a team of over 50 individuals, developing sales strategies, and fostering client relationships to ensure the continued success of the business.Key Responsibilities:*Sales Strategy Development & Execution:Lead the development and execution of sales strategies to achieve business goals and revenue targets.Oversee the identification of new business opportunities and drive actionable plans for market penetration in the EdTech industry.Ensure alignment of the sales strategy with company objectives, adjusting tactics as required based on market changes and performance data.*Team Leadership & Development:Manage a team of 50 sales professionals, providing leadership, training, and mentorship to help them achieve and exceed their targets.Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to ensure continuous team development and high levels of motivation.Foster a positive, collaborative work environment that encourages teamwork, innovation, and professional growth.*Client Relationship Management:Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction and retention rates.Address any client inquiries, issues, or challenges promptly, working proactively to resolve them and maintain a positive relationship.Serve as the escalation point for complex client concerns and help navigate difficult situations with empathy and professionalism.*Sales Operations & Reporting:Monitor, analyze, and report on sales metrics, KPIs, and market trends to assess the effectiveness of sales strategies.Collaborate with the management team to forecast sales, track progress toward targets, and make data-driven adjustments.Provide regular reports on team performance, competitive landscape, and customer insights to leadership.*Collaboration & Cross-Functional Communication:Work closely with other departments such as marketing, product development, and customer success to ensure seamless alignment of sales strategies with overall company goals.Facilitate open communication between the sales team and other internal stakeholders to ensure smooth coordination and execution of sales initiatives.*Market Research & Competitive Analysis:Stay updated on the latest trends in the EdTech industry, emerging technologies, and the competitive landscape.Conduct in-depth market research to understand customer needs and preferences, adapting sales strategies to align with market demand.Identify opportunities for new business development and product innovations based on market feedback.Required Skills & Qualifications:
    • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
    • A proven track record of 5 years in sales, with at least 3 years of experience in the EdTech industry or a similar field.
    • Strong leadership and team management experience, with the ability to manage, motivate, and develop a team of 50 sales professionals.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and drive results.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data and insights to make informed decisions.
    • Proficiency in CRM software, sales tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
    Preferred Skills:
    • Experience with educational technology products and solutions, including online learning platforms, software tools, and educational content.
    • Familiarity with sales forecasting, budgeting, and managing sales pipelines.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, adapting quickly to changing priorities.
