Job Description Sales TrainerCompany: StartupFlora Position: Sales Trainer Locations: Ahmedabad | Jaipur | Hyderabad CTC: Up to 6 LPA Experience: 2-5 yearsAbout StartupFloraStartupFlora is looking for an energetic and experienced Sales Trainer to strengthen our sales team through structured training, coaching, and continuous performance development.Key Responsibilities
• Design and deliver engaging sales training programs for new and existing team members.
• Conduct onboarding and product/process training for new sales executives.
• Train teams on sales techniques, communication, objection handling, negotiation, and closing.
• Conduct role plays, mock calls, assessments, and regular skill-development sessions.
• Identify individual and team-level performance gaps and create improvement plans.
• Work closely with sales managers to understand business requirements and training needs.
• Monitor training effectiveness through sales performance, conversion rates, and other KPIs.
• Keep the sales team updated on new products, processes, scripts, and market practices.
• Provide regular coaching and feedback to improve sales productivity.
Required Skills & Qualifications
• 2-5 years of experience in sales training, sales coaching, or a sales leadership role.
• Strong understanding of sales processes and performance metrics.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate, coach, and influence sales teams.
• Comfortable conducting training sessions for groups as well as individuals.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in a startup, high-growth, or target-driven environment is preferred.
