• 3-5 yearshandson experience architecting Salesforce B2B Commerce solutions
• Salesforce CertifiedB2B Commerce Administrator or Developer
• SalesforcePlatform Developer I / II
• SalesforceExperience Cloud Consultant.
• Strong expertise in:
• Salesforce B2B Commerce Cloud
• Experience Cloud
• Salesforce core data model
• Deep understanding of Catalog, pricing, buyer, order, and entitlement models.
• Define endtoend architecture forSalesforce B2B Commerce Cloud (Lightning Experience)storefronts
• Design scalable solutions covering:
• Multisite / multistorefront architecture
• Customerspecific catalogues and entitlements
• Buyer groups, buyer accounts, and account hierarchies
• Ensure architecture supportsMVP delivery with phased evolutionfor future enhancements.
• Architect core B2B Commerce capabilities including:
• Product catalogue & category modelling
• Price books, negotiated pricing, and contract pricing
• Promotions and price adjustment schedules
• Cart, checkout, and order summaries
• Define storefront merchandising, navigation, CMS usage, and buyer experience onExperience Cloudbased storefronts.
• Lead integration architecture with backend systems:
• ERP
• Inventory & ATP systems
• Tax engines
• Shipping carriers
• Payment gateways
• Define integration patterns using:
• REST APIs
• Realtime and batch synchronization
Error handling and reconciliation mechanisms.
