Job Description

    Were Hiring: Sr. LLM Engineer - Gen AIWe are looking for talented Senior LLM Engineers to join our dynamic team and help solve impactful business challenges for Fortune 500 companies! If you have experience in Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI, and leading technical teams, we want to hear from you!Location: Hyderabad and Gurugram Work Mode: Hybrid Budget: 35LPAKey Responsibilities:
    • Lead the design, training, fine-tuning, and deployment of LLM-based solutions using cutting-edge techniques such as prompt engineering, RAG, and agent architectures.
    • Develop high-quality, scalable, and efficient code using Python, Langchain/Langgraph, and SQL.
    • Collaborate cross-functionally with product owners, data scientists, and SMEs to define project goals and deliver high-impact AI solutions.
    • Mentor and guide engineering teams on best practices and cutting-edge research in Generative AI.
    • Drive cloud integration on platforms like AWS, GCP, and Azure for optimal resource usage.
    What Were Looking For:
    • 5 years in Machine Learning and LLM systems
    • 1 years of hands-on experience in Generative AI techniques and architectures
    • Proficiency in Python, LangChain/LangGraph, and SQL
    • Solid understanding of cloud platforms (Azure, GCP, AWS)
    • Strong leadership and communication skills
