This is a leadership role for professionals with deep expertise in the fertilizer and agro-chemical industry.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop new B2B customers across fertilizer blenders, agri-input companies, and institutional buyers Manage product approvals, plant audits, price negotiations, and order closures Drive sales growth for Zinc Sulphate (Mono/Hepta) and related micronutrients Build and strengthen dealer & distribution networks Coordinate with logistics and accounts for smooth order execution and collections Generate and manage sales MIS reportsMust-Have Experience10 to 15 years in agro-chemical, fertilizer, or micronutrient sales Prior experience in Zinc Sulphate / Inorganic Fertilizer Industry (Mandatory) Experience handling private-sector fertilizer companies, distribution networks, and government tenders Proven track record of achieving B2B sales targets Graduate degree preferredIf you have strong industry connections and a passion for driving business growth in the micronutrients sector, wed love to hear from you!
