Your contributions will be key to maintaining our commitment to delivering exceptional service and value to our customers.This position offers the opportunity to impact the operational backbone of our leading SaaS product and drive continuous improvement across the organization.ResponsibilitiesInvestigate and resolve or recommend solutions for production issuesRespond to technical questions escalated by the Customer Support teamPerform root cause analysis for production issues/errors and recommend improvementsWork with Product during feature implementation to meet operational requirementsDevelop software to automate operational procedures and data collectionImplement triggers for alert generation based on product value deliveryFacilitate operational needs of other departments by delivering tools, implementing processes, or providing data accessDevelop customer-focused software solutions as part of Professional ServicesReview and enhance operating processes for efficiency and qualityMonitor integrations and reconcile partner with internal reports
