Job Description

    Position: Senior HR RecruiterLocation: RemoteType: Full timeJob Summary:We are looking for a motivated and experienced HR Recruiter to join our team and handle the full recruitment cycle. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of recruitment strategies, sourcing techniques, and the ability to attract top talent to meet our companys hiring goals.Key Responsibilities:1. Talent Acquisition:o Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates.o Utilize various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, referrals, and networking.o Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate qualifications.2. Job Advertising:o Draft and post clear, engaging, and accurate job descriptions.o Optimize job postings for maximum reach and candidate engagement.3. Candidate Management:o Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.o Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.o Provide timely updates to candidates and ensure a positive candidate experience.4. Collaboration:o Partner with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and provide strategic hiring solutions.o Assist in workforce planning and provide insights based on market trends and data.5. Recruitment Operations:o Maintain accurate and organized records of all recruitment activities.o Prepare recruitment metrics and reports for management review.6. Compliance:o Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal hiring policies.Qualifications and Skills: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or in a similar role. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and recruitment best practices.Preferred Qualifications: Experience recruiting in [specific industries if applicable, e.g., IT, healthcare, finance].
