Job Description

As a Senior Researcher, to plans and leads complex scientific studies, manages field or lab trials, and guides junior team members to improve crop yields, soil health, and farming sustainability.Key Responsibilities:Design Studies: Plan and run large field trials, lab experiments, and research projects on crops, pests, or soil.Analyze Data: Use advanced math and computer tools to study results and find new farming solutions.Lead Teams: Train, mentor, and supervise junior researchers, field assistants, and project staff.Write and Secure Funding: Write technical reports, scientific papers, and grant proposals to get money for future projects.Share Findings: Present clear results to industry partners, government leaders, and farmers.
