Service Now Developer/AdminDesired CompetenciesAll developers will hold the ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification or ahigher-level certification. Additional certifications are a plus. experience in the ITBM module (APM, PPM) experience in the ITSM module (Change, Problem, Incident) At least that has hands on experience of Software Asset Management At least that has hands on experience of Security Operations We encourage the submission of developers that have multiple skills across the range ofServiceNow modules, specifically Security Operations, IT Operations Management,Software Asset Management and Business Continuity e.g. One developer may haveexperience in both ITSM and Security Operations. Hands on experience of the main ServiceNow components such as Business Rule,Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI scripts, UI Actions, ACLs, Scheduled Jobs, workflows, UIMacros, UI Pages, Script Include, Glide Ajax, Jelly, Data Sources, Encryption, TransformMaps, Import Sets, Update Sets and Integration with web services. Experience and knowledge of the ServiceNow CMDB structure. Experience and knowledge of ServiceNow reporting, preferably including the use ofPerformance Analytics. Experience in the creation of custom applications on the ServiceNow platform. Knowledge and experience of software development lifecycle Experience with the Agile methodology.
