Job Description

    Job Title: Siebel Developer Experience: 4-6 Years Location: PAN India Job Type: Full-Time Drive: Virtual Drive on Saturday 6th Dec 2025Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced Siebel Developer with strong expertise in Siebel Configuration, Open UI, Integrations, and Cloud-native technologies. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Siebel 17.x or higher versions and proven skills in designing, developing, and deploying scalable solutions in a cloud environment.Key Responsibilities
    • Work on Siebel Tools configuration, Workflows, Scripting, Runtime Events, WF Policies, and Assignment Manager.
    • Develop and enhance Siebel Order Management components and functionalities.
    • Design and implement integrations using Siebel EAI, Integration Objects, VBCs, Web Services, REST APIs, and JMS.
    • Work extensively on Siebel Open UI customizations and UI enhancements.
    • Apply Cloud-native development practices for deployment and solution optimization.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver high-quality technical solutions.
    • Conduct troubleshooting, performance tuning, and production support as required.
    • Follow best practices, coding standards, and documentation guidelines.
    Must-Have Skills
    • Strong hands-on experience in Cloud Native development.
    • Expertise in Siebel CSW, Siebel EAI, Siebel Open UI.
    • In-depth knowledge of Siebel Tools: Configuration, Workflows, Scripting.
    • Experience working with REST/SOAP Web Services, JMS, Integration Objects, and VBCs.
    • Good understanding of Siebel Order Management.
    • Experience with Siebel 17.x or above.
    Good-to-Have Skills
    • Telecom domain functional knowledge.
    • Strong analytical skills and ability to provide technical solutions.
    • Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills.
