Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities
• Manage and develop relationships with banking partners and branch staff.
• Generate life insurance business through the Banca channel.
• Coordinate with bank employees to identify and convert potential customers.
• Explain suitable life insurance products, benefits, and features to customers.
• Achieve assigned monthly and annual sales targets.
• Generate leads through the bank branch and follow up with prospective customers.
• Maintain strong relationships with bank officials and customers.
• Ensure proper documentation and timely processing of insurance proposals.
• Conduct regular branch visits and support bank staff in achieving business goals.
• Track sales performance, follow up on pending cases, and provide regular reports.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and service quality throughout the sales process.
• Cross-sell and upsell suitable insurance products to existing bank customers.
