Job Description

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Inventory Control: Ensure accurate recording of stock levels, perform regular stock audits, and maintain inventory records.
    • Stock Receipt and Verification: Receive, inspect, and verify the quantity and quality of goods delivered.
    • Stock Distribution: Issue and distribute materials and products based on requisitions or customer orders.
    • Warehouse Management: Maintain a clean and organized storage area to ensure efficient access to products.
    • Data Recording: Update inventory management software and ensure real-time updates of stock movements.
    • Stock Audits: Conduct regular stock counts and reconciliations, identifying discrepancies and resolving them promptly.
    • Supplier Coordination: Liaise with suppliers for timely delivery, replacement of damaged goods, or returning excess stock.
    • Documentation: Ensure accurate and up-to-date records of stock movements, receipts, and issues.
    • Compliance & Safety: Ensure that all goods are stored and handled in accordance with health and safety regulations.
    • Reporting: Prepare regular reports on stock levels, inventory trends, and any stock issues for management.
