The key role of this position is to maintain and grow the business, focus on new business opportunities in assigned region.. Develop and execute sales plans that supports short and long term goals of the company.. Leads and pipeline management Daily, weekly and monthly plan and status updates.. Minimum 2 years hand-on experience in selling Software Products/ Software Solutions/ Business Automation Solutions/ Retail Solutions/ POS solutions.. Experience in analyzing performance and market trend information.. Experience in developing sales strategies and execution.. Should have understanding of working on CRM for sales process management.. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.. Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills and ability to demonstrate solutions to customers.. Ability to identify customer requirements, analyze and communicate with the delivery team.. Excellent team player and ability to work closely with cross functional teams (Marketing / Support / Development).
