We are currently looking for a Lead-Design/Integration to lead our team of Integrators and work closely to improve end-to-end process, quality and TATs.
Team Lead needs to create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture. Set clear team goals, Delegate tasks and set deadlines, Oversee day-to-day operation, Monitor team performance, report on metrics and discover training needs and provide coaching.
You will also be quick to react, have confidence in your decisions, and to ensure the build meets client expectations and deadlines.
