Job Description

    Job Title: International Tech Support ExecutiveLocation: Hyderabad Shift: Night Shift (2-Way Cab up to 35 KM) Working Days: 5 Days (Saturday & Sunday Off) Package: Up to 4 LPA (27,000 Take Home) Joining: Immediate Joiners PreferredRequired Qualification & Experience
    • Any Graduate / Under Graduate can apply
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Minimum 1 year experience in International Tech Support
    • Must have experience in Upselling and Cross-Selling
    • Hands-on experience providing real-time technical support for hardware & software (e.g., printer configuration, troubleshooting, system support)
    • Experience handling inbound technical support calls
    Roles & Responsibilities
    • Provide real-time technical assistance to global customers via inbound calls
    • Troubleshoot hardware/software issues including printer setup, configuration & diagnostics
    • Deliver high-quality customer experience while ensuring issue resolution within SLA
    • Identify customer needs and recommend relevant upsell/cross-sell opportunities
    • Document all customer interactions and technical resolutions accurately
    • Escalate complex issues to senior technical teams when required
    • Maintain compliance with process standards and security guidelines
    • Meet performance targets related to customer satisfaction and productivity
    Skills Required
    • Strong English communication (verbal & written)
    • Technical troubleshooting skills
    • Problem-solving and customer-handling abilities
    • Knowledge of basic networking and system operations (added advantage)
    • Ability to work in fast-paced international support environment
