    1. Responsible for publishing global training calendar by taking inputs from respective stakeholders
    2. Prepare, plan, execute and monitor the trainings as per the calendar
    3. Responsible for Batch creation, assigning the students, trainers, venues and support staff
    4. Good in Escalation resolution
    5. Monitor and evaluate training programs for effectiveness, success ROI
    6. Feedback collection, analysis and initiating corrective action
    7. Trainer sourcing, rate card negotiation with the trainers, onboarding and feedback discussion
    8. Incentives computation for trainers
    9. Track record in designing and implementing specific training initiatives to improve sales effectiveness, productivity, performance
    10. Experience conducting in classroom training, coaching, on-the-job training, LMS, workshops
    11. Excellent written, spoken communication skills
    12. Expert in Word, PPT, Excel tools MIS, data management
    13. Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time and tasks effectively
    14. Managing complete LMS activities
    15. Excellent managerial and troubleshooting skills to lead teams
    16. Track record in designing and executing successful training programs.
    17. Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods (mentoring, coaching, on-the-job or in classroom training, e-learning, workshops, simulations etc.).
    18. Excellent communication and leadership skills.
    19. Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively.
    20. Strong report writing and record keeping ability.
    Qualification and Exp:
    1. MBA/ MCA/ BE/ BTech or similar technical or managerial education background
    2. 10 years of experience in edtech industry
